Mr. Moore worked 10 years in Environmental Consulting and Remediation Industry. Mr. Moore worked extensively on CERCLA, RCRA and USEPA Hazardous Waste Superfund Projects throughout the United States. His background in these fields were Project Management and Director of Programs. He managed projects ranging in sizes from $500K to $35mm. In addition, he worked on Facility Compliance for Underground Storage Tanks, Processing Systems, Material Handling & Disposal, Waste Generation and Compliance Reporting.
With 9 years as a General Contractor. His experience includes building of Big Box Retail, Grocery Stores, Multi-Family Housing, Government Facilities under IDIQ Contracts, and Large Retail Development Tracks that have totaled over 14 million square feet of construction and over 4500 acres of land development.
Currently, Mr. Moore provides Leadership in post construction Facility Maintenance and Environmental Compliance for Retail Facilities, Big Box Stores, Government Facilities, Multi-Family Housing Developments and Municipality Systems. Combining his experience and knowledge of Construction and Environmental, together, it continues to provide his clients with duel services in both facility maintenance and environmental compliance.
