- We work closely with City and County Officials to obtain a list of corrections/repairs needed and then we get to work.
- We work tirelessly and quickly to schedule crews and needed trades to complete the punch list.
- After all items are completed, we again meet with City Officials and do a walkthrough of all items.
- Once we receive a sign-off, we report back to you so you can apply for final performance bond release.
